Holy Eucharist

Our primary expression of worship is in the Eucharist or Holy Communion.  It is offered at all worship services because we believe that Communion is the spiritual food that nourishes us.  All those present at our worship service are welcome to receive Holy Eucharist – including children and those not baptized.  If you prefer a blessing only, please come up to the altar, cross your arms over your chest and we will give you a blessing.  The Eucharistic ministers will say the words as you receive, “the body of Christ, the bread of heaven” and “the blood of Christ, the cup of salvation”.  We serve bread or hosts and wine or grape juice.
