Children's Program
St. Nicholas' offers a weekly program for children grades one through six.  Each Sunday the children participate in a rotation program designed to give them various learning experiences on one particular theme for the entire month. Each week the children rotate to a different class and review and increase their understanding of the Bible lesson with a new activity, such as drama, storytelling, arts and crafts, games, video, cooking, science experiments, etc.

Children also experience worship through the music program each Sunday before their rotation class. Our music ministers select music for the children to learn and sometimes share with the congregation during the services a few times each month. The children enjoy singing Christian music and praising God with their voices.

On the first Sunday of the month, St. Nicholas Day, Christmas and Easter, there are Family Services. The students present a drama and songs, poems or readings for the children to develop a sense of ownership during their presentation and are able to add their own style to these special worship services.  Children go directly to their classrooms at the beginning of the service.  Children attend the music program, then a workshop, after which they rejoin their parents in church.
